Jigs and Podcasts

I worked on my Podcasts and Jigs with some success but could not figure out how to download them to my blog. I have them on my computer but could not upload them to www.teachertube.com. I kept recieving a error message saying filed does not exist. So I officially give up! I liked doing the recording but without step by step instructions that are clearer then what I have to upload them or export the audio recordings more easily, I guess I am out of luck on this assignment. :(
